2012 Crow's Nest  Day stalls for Saturday 20th October.

See SITE MAP BELOW. You must see the Festival office (in the big tent) BEFORE you set up from 6am on Saturday.

CONDITIONS:

No water bombs or offensive or dangerous materials to be sold.
Sites offered to stall holders at the discretion of the Association.
Own current public liability to be available for checking. Please have a copy for sighting
Preference given to local organisations and individuals
No GLOW STICKS and flashing toys etc to be sold by anyone except the Crow's Nest & District Tourist & Progress Assn Inc.
Sites to be set up by 8am. The fireworks finish at approx 7:45pm, but you can leave sooner by arrangement
Sites are 3m X 3m. Multiple sites can be booked.
